Hi people. First and foremost, I would like to thank everyone for putting in their effort in the past NDP trainings. For the Sec 1s I know that it is stressful for you as almost the word 'footdrill' was introduced to you only one month ago. However, I do not want to see people who are resting by the fact that you guys are sec 1s. You should accept it as a challenge. Like what I said on Friday, do not compare yourselves with other UGs. As long as you do your best it will satisfy you. For this whole NDP to be a success everyone must put effort. Practice at home and we can save time during school drills. I wish to say that no one should slack starting from tomorrow. We will work our hearts out to make this NDP a success regrdless of what other people are saying. :) Put in effort and you can see the results. From your sharpness to your marching to your posture to your endurance we must show that we can do well. Do not give excuses but give enthuness :P( I am sure there is no such word). I tried to ask some cedar cadets for their school footdrill however, only their seniors have. I ased them to ask their seniors and they said that they were scared to even talk to their seniors. This is not cowardness but discipline. I apologise that i cannot find any normal footdrill video.
This is this year's SYF fancy drill video of red cross. This is done by Cedar Girls :) Look at their posture, 90 degrees leg and arm swing. Take note of their drills and improve on yours :D
PLEASE REMEMBER TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELVES AND DRINK LOTS OF WATER. HAVE SUFFICIENT AMOUNT OF SLEEP AND TALK TO ME IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS :)
