Hi people! Hope you will/are enjoying staying at home doing elearning :D But please be reminded that there will be training this Friday,11th July.
Details as followed:
Date: 11th July 2008
Time: 2.45pm(fallin)
Attire: Mufti with boots and appropriate socks
Things to bring: 1.5 litre coke waterbottle, nametag,spectacle hooks,boots with appropriate socks

* Have your LUNCH before coming
* Please be EARLY for the training
* Those who cannot come inform your ICs in advance and provide Parents' letter/MC

Thank you and will see you people in this week training. Remember to practice your drills at home so that it will be faster and easier for you to learn new commands/ practice more.
Make sure your legs are 90degrees when lifting up and remember this formula:
Stomach in, Chest out, Eyes front, Head tilt
