Ok, its your sir, Xing Yuan, here. Its is to revise on the footdrill your learn last week. What your learning now is bronze drills(standardize in Red Cross). WAIT! Your may think "what?! footdrill again?"Don't worry, for the next few months, your may not have foot drill, this maybe your last few revision. We WILL have evacution, first aid(which ur here for) and outdoor activity(which most likely to be conducted in camps). Now...lets get back to business...
Tips:
Hormat - Means salute. Timing, Check up check down, Check up check down(you salute two times). Heres the code, fingers tips touch the spec frames(if not, imagine a spec there), hands tilt bend abit, wirst should cave in nearer to you(or literalty straight), shoulders relex, upper arm parallel to the ground. If you fulfill the following requirements, you should get a very good hormat! One more thing, for HORMAT KE-KIRI(ke-kenan)...HOR...MAT! ONLY turn your head, nothing else.
ke-kanan lurus - Means right dress. To check whether the squard is out of line. Heres the order.

Timing - Check up check
First row lift your hands up to the side. crunch your fist, hands point dowards, arms straight parallel to the ground.
First column, same as above,but hands infronts, hands point inwards, a six fingers distance.
The rest, turn your head and check dressing.....
