Dear Cadets,

There will be FAC training tomorrow, 13th August 2010 at 2pm sharp outside Red Cross room. Attendance is compulsory.

Attire: Mufti with trackpant
Things to bring: 1.5 litre Coke bottle, Nametag, Red Cross file and writing materials.

Before I end the post, I would like all cadets to read this, since I do not have the time to talk to all of you. For cadets who had done well until now, good job and continue with your good attitude and performance. For cadets who did not put in any effort to come for training, be glad that I am not mentioning your names, however do go and reflect about your attitude. Is this what you want to do in Red Cross for the entire 4 years in Secondary School? Why did you joined Red Cross in the first place? What do you want to achieve? Do go and think about it during your free time. There is nothing I can do other than to talk. Whether you want to change for the better or continue to become worser is your choice.

Secondary 1 cadets: I am contented with most of your performance and your hardworking attitude, but do always strive for more and keep improving yourself! ^^

Secondary 2 cadets: You all know yourselves best what was the reason for your attendance and attitude that all of you gave during trainings. You are a senior now and are going to take over the Unit next year. If this is the attitude that you all want to give, how can your juniors depend on you for their future. Go reflect on yourself. Like I had stated above, I can only talk. Worse come to worse, I will scold and punish all of you. This is not want I had wanted for you and I have no intention with punishing you. I seriously hope there will be a good change in you after reading, since I really don't have the time to talk to you all during the week.

Secondary 3 cadets: It doesn't mean that I do not say anything means everything is fine including your attitude and actions. You are a senior in charge of the Unit now. We know ourselves best. I knew that all of you dislike me talking to you all because you find me very long-winded and will never listen to what I had to say. This is also the reason why I am posting this on the Red Cross blog. Even though I am the Chairperson, I have never try to use my position to order you all to do things. As much as I dislike using my authority against people, I hope none of you will use your position to order others as well. Everyone has the rights to decide what they want to do. There are definitely a lot of things that we have to improve on, but there is one main thing that I need all of you to remember at all times. The one main thing is that no matter what kind of difficulty you face, no matter who you dislike, always think about your cadets, your juniors. If it is just because of your own personal feelings and that you neglect the cadets who are depending on you, then to me you are a horrible senior. You are not worth being a senior. As your batchmate, we learn together and improve together. As much as I know you all, you all know my personalities as well. I do not joke about serious matter, so do go and reflect instead of treating everything as a joke.

With this, I shall end my post. See all of you later!
